Weekly Maths Problem

Don’t forget to write out the problem at the top of the page, date the work and show all your workings out (even the wrong answers) and then file the evidence in your folder!

This week we are celebrating International Panda Day, so here is a panda related question.

A panda has a habitat whis is a tetradecahedron, all the sides are the same size of 1.4km long. If he starts walking at first light at the northern most angle and walks clockwise around the perimeter of his area in the forest - how many km will he have walked by sundown?

You can share your answers here in the forum on the website or with me as I visit during the week. Remember you need to show your workings out to get the maximum points.
