Orchard Training: Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your course booking within 14 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation for a full refund—no reason required. This cancellation period expires 14 days after the date of the Order Confirmation.

If you access course materials or begin sessions during the 14-day period and then cancel, you may be charged a proportionate fee for services used up to cancellation.

To start services within the cancellation period, you must give written consent (e.g. by email). If services are fully delivered before cancellation, no refund is due.

Cancellations after the 14-day period are subject to the full terms detailed in the Refund & Cancellation section below.

To Cancel:
Email the Admissions Team at info@orchardtraining.org giving 30 days’ notice. You may use our model cancellation form or send a written statement of your intent.

Refunds:
Full refunds are only available if cancellation occurs within 14 days of booking and services have not been fully accessed.

Course Changes or Cancellation by Orchard Training:
We reserve the right to cancel or change courses. If cancelled by us, all fees will be refunded in full.

Payment & Fees:
Courses under 12 weeks must be paid in full in advance. Courses over 12 weeks may be paid monthly or in full. Installments are taken automatically. Card details can be updated via our website or by contacting Admissions.

Outstanding Payments:
If a payment fails without explanation:

  1. An invoice will be issued.

  2. If unpaid after 14 days and no contact is made, the learner will be withdrawn.
    Outstanding fees must be settled before enrolling in new courses.

 

Appointments:
Please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. If postponed (e.g. illness or Bank Holidays), a new date will be offered. If rescheduling isn’t possible within the course timeframe, no partial refund will be given.
