Changes to Booking System

Hello! I hope you're enjoying a restful and enjoyable summer holiday!

I’m excited to share that I’ve recently completed a web design course to give our website a fresh new look and—most importantly—a smoother and more reliable booking system. Before the new term begins, I’d love for you to take a quick look and explore the updated experience.

Some of you may remember the hiccups we had last time I tried to make changes to the booking system (yes—I managed to lock myself out for three very long and frustrating weeks). We've moved on from the workaround days caused by that: Ops! I’m confident the new system will make booking simpler and clearer for everyone.

Following feedback from our wonderful homeschool students last term, we’ve also made a change: instead of year groups, you’ll now see class names when booking. When you “Book Online,” you’ll be guided straight to the correct time slot for your child’s class—easy and efficient! This new approach also helps me keep a clear register and make sure every child is in the right place at the right time.

A few quick updates:

·       All bookings are now online only – no more cash or bank transfer options.

·       Some classes may offer multiple time slots to suit different preferences (boys, girls, and individuals). Nearer the start of term, I will let you know which session your child has been assigned.
