Christmas starts with a bang

This year ended with a bang, we went in to London on Saturday 16th December to see the Christmas Lights and to visit the Royal Institution of Science Christmas Lectures being filmed by the BBC. These will be broadcast on December 26th, 27th and the 28th at 8.00pm on BBC Four.

Some of us were very lucky to be chosen to take part in the experiments. Whilst it was fascinating to watch the program being filmed, it was very warm and it took some time. There was a lot of stopping and starting. I have to say a big thank you to everyone who sat patiently throughout the filming.

A huge thank you to the mum who kindly sorted out the transport for the trip.
