Memento
Meaning – an object kept as a reminder of a person, place, or event.
Example of using it in a sentence: “She kept the seashell as a memento of her trip to the beach.”
Spelling Tips: me + men + to — remember it’s not momento (a common mistake). The root is Latin mementō meaning “remember.”
Use the word as many times throughout the week as you can.
