Lightning
Meaning – a flash of light in the sky caused by electricity during a storm.
Example of using it in a sentence: “The sudden lightning lit up the night sky.”
Spelling Tips: light + ning — no ‘e’ after the ‘t.’ Remember it’s different from lightening (making something lighter).
Use the word as many times throughout the week as you can.
