Week 7 of Bike Training – Update

The main school holidays have now started and people are going off on their holidays. So, although we are supposed to be doing 35 to 40 miles this week we are going to stick to the 30-mile limit for three reasons, to support those how are not quite fit enough to do the 30 miles, for those experiencing the pacing issue of starting off to fast and having not enough to finish and finally me – the injury to knee is slowing me down and not healing as well as it could.
