End of Term Reflections
We have reached the end of the Autumn term and have answered 53,000 questions in both English and maths this term.
It has been a very busy term with a number of our learners successfully re-entering main stream education either secondary school or college, which has meant we have had space to offer places to a number of new learners who have crashed out of school for whatever reason. It has been some what busy in weeks 6, 7 and 8 as you all come at once in a big group other than ones or twos.
The November Gingerbread Houses were a huge success and we have had a great time making them. The winner so far is the Thatched Cottage.
A number of you are running the 5K challenge, I very pleased to say that on the leader board I am still in first place. You will have to work hard catch up.
A huge thank you everyone for you dedication to taking the covid lat-flow tests every week and messaging me on the day. So far most of us have been negative, as we have reached the end of the 15 week term we are seeing more colds and sickness as we tired.
Thank you so much for all the lovely Christmas presents.
We are back learning after the holidays on the 4th January. thats the first Tuesday after New Year's Day, we have 6 weeks from then to the Spring Half term.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
