Wednesday (noun)

Meaning – the day that comes after Tuesday and before Thursday.

Example of using it in a sentence: “Word of the Week is always done on Wednesday.

Spelling Tip – This word comes from the Old English for the ‘Day of Odin’ named after the Germanic god and from Norse mythology supreme god Odin or Woden, God of Wisdom according to the Vikings, which is why we have the Word of the Week on Wednesday.
