Carl is going on a night fishing trip with his cousins. They need to walk to their favourite fishing spot and set up the camp before it gets dark. Sunset is at 8:00 P.M. It will take 1 hour and 30 minutes to walk to the camping spot with all the fishing gear and 30 minutes to set up the camp. What is the latest time Carl and his cousin can start walking?
