Weekly Maths Problem

Don’t forget to write out the problem at the top of the page, date the work and show all your workings out (even the wrong answers) and then file the evidence in your folder! This is a multi-step problem. Think about all the steps you need to do to find the answer.

This week the Orchard Training Homeschool Garden Club trimmed the hedges for a local community centre as part of their community service project. John's team trimmed 2/3 of the bushes on their side of the hedge. Paul's team trimmed 8/13 of the hedge. Which team trimmed the greater fraction of the hedge.
