Weekly Maths Problem

Edward and his brother Phillip went sailing twice this week. Yesterday, they spent 2 and half hours out on the lake. Today they sailed for 45 minutes before it rained. Comparing yesterday to today, what is the percent of decrease in time that the boys spent spent sailing?
