We are at the end of week 5 and we are cycling for 2 and half hours. Everyone has moved in to the gym for the long cycle as the weather was just too wet. There were some clear differences in speed and distance covered by the time we finished. The thing to remember is on the day we will be cycling as a group together and we will be cycling at the pace of the slowest in the group. At the moment, that looks like being me. During the training, it is fine to go as fast and for as long as you can - to get your fitness up.
