You will need a copy of our training schedule and to book on the event through the booking feature. We will be starting off slowly and building up to running the 5k (3.1 miles). This is a 9 week program suitable for those of us who are not as fit as we would like to be, or who are a little out of practice. The challenge by the end of the nine weeks is to be able to travel further and faster than myself - given I am still having physio of my leg you are on a good chance there. However, if you are slower and traveling less of a distance then we need to have a chat about your health and what to do next.
