Day 19 of Art-pril

Traditionally Spring Cleaning is when you get everything out of the house and white washed the cottage walls down. This had two functions 1) You gave the house a huge clean after being locked up over the winter. 2) With everything out on the lawn you could look at it and decide if you wanted to keep it, replace it or let it go. 3) The white wash brighten up the home but also sterilised it. When you put everything back it was clean in both sense of the word. 4) When it was done you could focus on the year ahead.

So there are lots of ideas there for you to come up with for Spring Clean.
