Manoeuvre (noun)

Meaning –a movement or series of moves requiring skill and care.

Example of using it in a sentence: "Parking a car is a tricky manoeuvre.”

It also means –A large scale military exercise of troops, warships and other forces all working together.

Example of using it in a sentence: "When my dad was a solider he took part in military manoeuvres.”

Spelling Tip – this is a tricky word to learn to spell as it is one of the unusual words - one of the few in the English language that has three vowels.
