Meaning - an exchange of diverging or opposite views, typically a heated or angry one.

Example of using it in a sentence "I’ve had an argument with my father"

Synonyms: quarrel, disagreement, squabble, fight, dispute, wrangle, clash, altercation, feud, dissension

It can also mean – a reason or set of reasons given in support of an idea, action or theory.

Example of using it in a sentence "there is a strong argument for submitting a formal appeal"

Synonyms: reasoning, logic, case, defence, justification, vindication, explanation, declaration, claim, plea, contention

Use the word as many times throughout the week as you can. This can be verbally, in your written work or listen out for other people using it.
