contribute (verb)
Meaning – to give something in order to help achieve or provide something.
Example of using it in a sentence: “We are all contributing to the health of the nation by staying at home.”
Spelling Tip – the tricky part of this word is how we say it – it sounds it should have two ‘b’s’ con trib bute but the second ‘b’ is not there.
